My name is Kat Swanson (Ms. Kat), and I am the School Social Worker for the Wisconsin Heights School District. I am part of the Student Services Team, and considered the "vital link" between school-home-community. As a student and family advocate, my primary focus is meeting the needs of students and their families, so students can fully engage in their academics, and their lives!
My emphasis is on the whole child, which includes assessing and treating the social-emotional needs of the individual.
